Wm. O’Brien assisted Liebherr Container Cranes with the assembly of 2 Ship to Shore (STS) cranes at PSA Penn Terminal, in Philadelphia, USA.
Under the guidance of Liebherr engineers, the company carried out the project management, mechanical engineering and assembly of the STS cranes. This included the management of all equipment and on-site supervision of all personnel.
